(وإذا عَتَق) المُدبَّر الذي كاتبه سيده (بالكتابة، كان ما فِي يده له) أي: للعتيق؛ لأنه كان له قبل العتق، فيكون له بعد العتق، كما لو لم يكن مُدبَّرًا.
