(وسفره) أي: المُكاتَب (كـ) سفر (مدين) فلسيده منعه، ولا يتأتَّى أن يوثق برهن يحرز أو كفيل مليء؛ لأنهما لا يصحان بمال الكتابة على ما تقدم (وتقدم في الحَجْر (١) ) حكم سفر الغريم.
