(ولا) أن (يبيع نَسَاء، ولو برَهْن وضمينٍ) بغبر إذن سيده (ولو) كان (بأضعافٍ قيمته) لما فيه من الضرر على سيده، وفيه غرر بتسليم ماله لغيره، والرهن قد يتلف، والغريم والضمين قد يُفلِسان.
