(واستوى الأول والآخِر) من المجني عليهم، فلا يُقدَّم أحدهم على الآخر؛ كجناية القِن المتعلقة برقبته (ولو كان بعضها) أي: الجناية (في كتابته، وبعضها بعد تعجيزه) فيسوَّى بين ذلك كله.
