(فإن تكرَّر وطؤه) لمُكاتبته، أو لأمَتها (قبل أن يؤدي مهره؛ فمهرٌ واحد) لاتحاد الشبهة، وهي كون الموطوءة مملوكته، أو مملوكة مملوكته؛ كالوطء في النكاح الفاسد.
