(ومتى أدَّى) السيد الواطئ لمُكاتَبته، أو لأمَتها (مهر وطء) ثم أعاده (لزمه مهر ما بعده) أي: بعد الوطء الذي أدَّى مهره؛ لأن الأداء قد قطع حكم الوطء.
