(فإن أحبلها) أي: أحبل السيد بنت مكاتَبته (صارت أُمَّ ولد له) كأمها؛ لأنه أحبلها بحر في ملكه (والولد حُر يلحقه نسبه) لشُبهة الملك (ولا تجب عليه) أي: على السيد الذي أولد بنت مكاتَبته (قيمتها) أي: قيمة بنت مكاتبته؛ لأن أُمها لا تملكها، ولا قيمة ولدها؛ لأنها وضعته في ملكه.
