(وإن لم يأخذه) سيده، بل تَرَكه لمشتريه أو من وقع في قسمه (فهو) أي: المُكاتَب (لمشتريه) أو لمن وقع في قسمه (بما بقي من كتابته، يعتق بالأداء، وولاؤه له) كما لو اشتراه من سيده.
