(ومن مات) عن مُكاتَب (وفي ورَّاثه زوجة لمُكاتَبه) كما لو زوَّج بنته أو أخته ونحوها بمكاتبه ثم مات (انفسخ نكاحها) لأنها ملكت زوجها أو بعضه.
