(وكذا لو وَرِث رجل زوجته المكاتَبة) أو بعضها (أو) ورث زوجة له (غيرها) أي: غير المكاتبة، فمتى ملك أحد الزوجين الآخر أو بعضه انفسخ النكاح، ويأتي.
