(وإن أبرأه الموصَى له) وهو جائز التصرُّف (من مال الكتابة) الموصى له به (عَتَق) لأنه لم يبقَ عليه شيء من مالها، وبراءته له صحيحة؛ لأن الحق له دون الورثة.
