(وإن أبرأه) أي: أبرأ الموصى إليه بقبض مال الكتابة ليفرقه للمساكين (منه) أي: من مال الكتابة (لم يبرأ) المُكاتَب (لأن الحق لغيره) فلا يصح أن يبرأ منه، ولم يعتق.
