(ويلزمه) أي: السيد (إنظاره) أي: المُكاتَب (ثلاثًا) أي: ثلاث ليال بأيامها (لبيع عرض) يوفيه من ثمنه (أو لمال غائب دون مسافة قَصْر يرجو قدومه، ولدَين حالٍّ على مليء، أو) قبض (مودَع) لأن عقد الكتابة ملحوظ فيه حظ المُكاتَب والرفق به.
