(وإن مات السيد قبل الإيتاء) لربع مال الكتابة بعد أدائه (فهو) أي: الربع (دين في تَرِكته) يحاصص به غرماءه؛ لأنه حق لآدمي؛ فلم يسقط بالموت، كسائر الحقوق.
