(وإن أعطاه) أي: السيد (من غير جنسها، مثل أن يُكاتبه على دراهم، فيعطيه دنانير، أو) يعطيه (عُروضًا؛ لم يلزمه) أي: المُكاتَب (قَبوله) لأنه لم يؤته من مال الكتابة ولا جنسه.
