(فإن أدَّى ما عليه) في الكتابة (عَتَق كله) ما كوتب منه بالكتابة، وباقيه بالسراية؛ لأن العتق إذا سرى إلى ملك غير السيد، فلأن يسري إلى ملكه أولى.
