(وإن كاتَباه كتابة واحدة) في صفقة واحدة (فأدى إلى أحدهما مقدارَ حقِّهِ بغير إذن شريكه؛ لم يَعتِق منه شيءٌ) لعدم صحة القبض؛ لتعلُّق حق كلٍّ من الشريكين بما في يد المُكاتَب تعلُّقًا واحدًا.
