(ولا يجب) على السيد في الكتابة الفاسدة (الإيتاء) أي: أن يؤدي إلى المكاتب ربع مال الكتابة، أو شيئًا منه؛ لأن العتق هنا بالصفة، أشبه ما لو قال: إن أدَّيت إليَّ فأنت حُرٌّ.
