(ويتبع المُكاتَبة ولدها فيها) أي: في الكتابة الفاسدة (من غير سيِّدِها) كالصحيحة، وفيه وجه آخر: لا يتبعها؛ لأنه إنما يتبع في الصحيحة بحكم العقد، وهو مفقود هنا،
