(ولا حدَّ على قاذفها) كالمُدبَّرة؛ لأنها أَمَةٌ، حكمها حكم غيرها من الإماء في أكثر الأحكام، ففي الحد أَولى؛ لأنه يدرأ بالشبهات، ويحتاط لإسقاطه (ويعزَّر) قاذفها؛ لارتكابه معصية لا حدَّ فيها ولا كفارة.
