(ويجوز النظر إلى الغلام بغير شهوة) لأنه ذكَر، أشبه المُلتحي (ما لم يخفْ ثورانها) أي: الشهوة (فيحرم) النظر إلى الغلام (إذا كان مميزًا) لما فيه من الفتنة.
