(ويحرم النظر إلى أحد منهم) أي: ممن تقدم ذِكْرهم، مِن ذَكَرٍ وأنثى وخُنثى، غير زوجته، وسُرِّيَّته (بشهوة، أو) مع (خوف) ثورانـ ( ها، نصًّا (٣) ) لما فيه من الدعاء إلى الفتنة.
