(فإن صَرَّح) الخاطب (بالخطبة، أو عرَّض) بالخطبة (في موضع يَحْرُمان فيه، ثم تزوَّجها بعد حلها) وانقضاء عدتها (صح نكاحه) لأن أكثر ما في ذلك تقديم حظر على العقد.
