(ولا يُكره للولي) المجبِر الرجوع عن الإجابة لغرض (ولا) يُكره (للمرأة) غير المُجبَرة (الرجوع عن الإجابة لغرض) صحيح؛ لأنه عَقْد عُمْرٍ يدوم الضرر فيه، فكان لها الاحتياط لنفسها، والنظر في حظها، والولي قائم مقامها في ذلك
