(والمستحب خُطبة واحدة) لما تقدم (لَا) خُطبتان (اثنتان، إحداهما) من العاقد، والأخرى (من الزوج، قبل قَبوله) لأن المنقول عنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، وعن السلف خطبة واحدة، وهو أولى ما اتبع.
