(و) أبيح له (خُمُسُ خُمُسِ الغنيمة وإن لم يحضر) الوَقْعة؛ لقوله تعالى:{وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ}.
