(فإن سبق غيرُ من قَرَع) أي: من خرجت له القرعة (فزوَّج) وقد أذنت لهم (صح) التزويج؛ لأنه تزويجٌ صدر من ولي كامل الولاية، بإذن موليَّته، فصح منه، كما لو انفرد بالولاية؛ ولأن القرعة إنما شُرعت لإزالة المُشَاحّة.
