(ولو ادَّعى كل واحد منهما السبق، فأقرَّت به لأحدهما) فلا أثر له كما سبق (ثم) إذا (فُرِّق بينهما) بأن فسخ الحاكم نكاحهما، أو طَلَّقاها (وجب المهر) بعد الدخول، وقبله نصفه (على المُقَرِّ له) لاعترافه به لها، وتصديقها له عليه.
