(وإن كان دخل بإحداهما) دون الأخرى ثم طلَّقهما، أو فسخ الحاكم نكاحهما (أُقرع بينهما، فإن وقعت القرعةُ لغير المصابة، فلها نصف المهر) لأنها زوجة فارقها قبل الدخول
