(وإن أعتق سُرِّيَّته، ثم تزوَّج أختها) أو عمَّتها ونحوها (قبل فراغ مدة استبرائها؛ لم يصح) النكاح (أيضًا) لأنه يجمع به ماءه في رحم أختين ونحوهما، وكما لو تزوجها في عدة أختها.
