(ولا يطأ الرجل أمَته، إذا عَلِمَ منها فُجورًا) أي: زنىً، حتى تتوب، ويستبرئها؛ خشية أن تُلْحِقَ به ولدًا ليس منه، قال ابن مسعود: أكره أن أطأ أمَتي وقد بغت .
