(ولها) أي: للأم (ذلك) أي: نكاح عبد ولدعا (مع رقّها. وللعبد نكاح أمَة ولده) لأن الرق قطع التوارث بين الأمَة أو العبد وولده، فهو كالأجنبي منهما.
