(ولا يجب الوفاء به) أي: بالشرط الصحيح (بل يُسنُّ) الوفاء به؛ لأنَّه لو وجب الوفاءُ لأجبر الزَّوج عليه، ولم يُجبره عمر، بل قال:"لها شرطها".
