(وقال الشيخ (٢) : لو خَدَعها) أي: خدع من شرط ألا يُسافِر بها (فسافر بها، ثم كرهته، لم يكن له أن يُكرهها) على السفر (بعد ذلك. انتهى. هذا إذا لم تُسْقِط حقَّها) من الشَّرط
