(ولا يثبت به) أي: بنكاح المتعة (إحصان، ولا إباحة للزوج الأول) يعني لمن طَلَّقها ثلاثًا؛ لأنه فاسد، فلا يترتَّب عليه أثره (ولا يتوارثان، ولا تُسمَّى زوجة) لما سبق.
