(فإن كان الغارُّ) هو (السيد، ولم تعتق بذلك) أي: ولم يكن التغرير بلفظ تثبتُ به الحرية (فلا شيء له على الزوج) لعدم الفائدة في أنه يجب له ما يرجع به عليه.
