(وكل موضع حُكِمَ فيه بفساد العقد، فَفُرِّق بينهما قبل الدخول، فلا مهر، و) إن فرّق بينهما (بعده، فلها مهر المِثْل) بما استحلّ من فرجها، لكن يأتي في آخر الصداق: أن لها المُسمَّى، وهو المذهب كما في "الإنصاف".
