(فإن ادَّعت الجهل بالعتق، وهو مما يجوز) أي: يمكن (جهله، أو) ادَّعت (الجهل بملك الفسخ، لم تُسمع) دعواها (وبطل خيارها، نصًّا (٢) ) لعموم ما سبق.
