(ويجوز التأخير) أي: تأخير الفائتة (لغرض صحيح كانتظار رفقة، أو جماعة للصلاة) لفعله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - بأصحابه لما فاتتهم صلاة الصبح وتحولوا من مكانهم، ثم صلى بهم الصبح، متفق عليه من حديث أبي هريرة - والظاهر أن منهم من فرغ من الوضوء قبل غيره.
