كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن لم يشهد بها) أي: البكارة (أحد؛ فالقول قوله) لأن الأصل السلامة (وعليها اليمين إن قال) الزوج: (أزَلْتُهَا) أي: البكارة (وعادت) لاحتمال صدقه، لكنه خلاف الظاهر، فلذلك كان القول قولها بيمينها.
