(وإن شهدت) امرأة ثقة (بزوالها) أي: البكارة بعد دعواه الوطء (لم يؤجَّل) أي: لم يثبت له حكم العِنِّين في تأجيله سنة؛ لبيان كذبها بثبوت زوال بكارتها (وعليه اليمين، إن قالت) المرأة: (زالت) البكارة (بغيره) أي: بغير وطئه؛ لاحتمال صدقها.
