(و) خيار الفسخ (في العُنَّة لا يسقط بغير قول) امرأة العِنِّين: أسقطتُ حقّي من الفسخ، أو: رضيت به عِنِّينًا ونحوه، لا بتمكينها من الوطء؛ لأنه واجبٌ عليها، لتعلم أزالتْ عُنَّته أم لا.
