(ولو فَسَختْ بعيب) كبياض ببدنه ظنته بَرَصًا (فبان أن لا عيب؛ بطل) أي: تبيَّنَّا بطلان (الفسخ) إذ الحكم يدور مع العِلَّة وجودًا وعدمًا (واستمر النكاح) لعدم ما يقتضي فسخه.
