(وإن طلَّق) الكافر امرأته (أقلَّ من ثلاث، ثم) أعادها و (أسلما، فهي عنده على ما بقي من طلاقها) سواء أعادها قبل أن تنكح غيره أو بعده، كما يأتي في المُسلِم.
