(فلو صلى الظهر ثم الفجر جاهلًا) وجوب الترتيب (ثم صلى العصر في وقتها، صحت عصره) مع عدم صحة ظهره (لاعتقاده) حال صلاة العصر (أن لا صلاة عليه، كمن صلاها) أي: العصر (ثم تبين أنه صلى الظهر بلا وضوء) أو أنه كان ترك منها ركنًا أو شرطًا آخر، لأنه في معنى الناسي.
