(وإن قبضت الزوجةُ بعضَ الحرام) كالخمر إذا قبضت منه بعضه قبل الإسلام أو الترافع إلينا؛ استقر ما قبضته؛ لما تقدم، و (وَجَب) لها (حِصَّة ما بقي من مهر المِثْلِ) لاستقرار ما قبضته، وإلغاء ما لم تقبضه.
