(وإن قالت: سبقني) وفي نسخ: "سبقتني" بالإسلام فلي نصف المهر (قال: بل أنتِ سبقتِ) بالإسلام فلا شيء لك (فـ) ، القول (قولُها) لأنها تدَّعي استحقاق شيء أوجبه العقد، وهو يدَّعي سقوطه، فلم يُقبل قوله؛ لأن الأصل عدمه.
