(ويسقط المهر برِدَّتها) لأن الفسخ من قِبَلِها (و) يسقط المهر - أيضًا - (برِدَّتهما معًا) لأن الفرقة من جهتهما (ويتنصَّف) الصداق (بِرِدَّته) وحده؛ لأن الفرقة من جهته، أشبه ما لو طلَّقها قبل الدخول.
