(وإن أسلم عبدٌ وتحته إماء، فأسلمنَ معه، أو) أسلمنَ (في العدة) بعد الدخول (ثم عتق أو لا) أي: أو لم يعتق (اختار) العبد من الإماء (ثنتين) لأنه حال اجتماعهم على الإسلام كان عبدًا يجوز له الاختيار من الإماء، والثنتان نهاية جمعه.
