(وإن نسي صلاة من يوم) بليلته (يجهل عينها) بأن لم يدر أظهر هي أم غيرها؟ (صلى خمسًا بنية الفرض) أي: ينوي بكل واحدة من الخمس الفرض الذي عليه.
